  2. Step 2 – Submit Academic Documents
    Upload SSC, HSC, Bachelor/Master transcripts, passport copy, and English proficiency test scores (IELTS/TOEFL/PTE).
  3. Step 3 – Receive Offer Letter / Notification of Selection
    If accepted, you receive an official admission letter confirming your program and duration.
  4. Step 4 – Pay First Tuition Fee Instalment
    Most Swedish universities require payment of the first-semester tuition fee before the visa application.

Phase 2: Residence Permit Application (Migrationsverket)

  1. Step 5 – Gather Required Documents
    Prepare all necessary documents including: proof of funds, admission letter, tuition fee receipt, passport, photos, and study plan/SOP.
  2. Step 6 – Apply Online at the Swedish Migration Agency
